As a ‘gateway’ device the PBXtra stands alone and simply plugs into your existing phone system. There is no need to make any changes to your existing phone system and there is no discernable change to the way your current phone system functions.

Flexible
You can choose to record all inbound & outbound calls or set your own recording parameters. The hard drive is huge storing approx 116,000 hours of calls. This can easily be upgraded if needed.

The recordings can be easily retrieved in .wav file format which can be played in any media player e.g. Windows Media Player.
